Shakespeare in love of Navarra? Hemingway? nork daki txori!

Corrected version (spelling only):

#Iruña is One #HemingwayCities, 'Ernest drank here, fished there...'

Before him #VictorHugo (the novelist, not the #NYC sex symbol when Warhol or Basquiat were on top ...) compared Pamplona with familiar European cities...

Before the latter, #Shakespeare, who mentions 'Navarra will be the wonder of the world.'

Typo correction: It is The Wonder of the World!

Around the same years I believe Cervantes was creating Sancho's character... Some people say it is a Vizcayan (Basque synonym) rural man, but it seems feasible he could be Alavese or Navarrese. I think from Navarra — many kings were named Sancho...

Remember that the Castilian crown conquered Navarra just 90 years before Quijote appeared....

As I repeat to my dear clients worldwide at my restaurant at Mercaderes 13, Iruña, every weekday 5–7 pm: "It's amazing — the Castilian language colonized my American region in 1498! Almost 20 years before they took over, manu militari, the Navarra kingdom.... OMG!"
